Real freedom benefits ordinary people, not the powerful. 
That’s why we have to get back to these two Founding principles:

  1. Rights come from God and should be protected
  2. People are flawed so power should be checked

We don’t have to descend into totalitarianism or anarchy.
To have a truly free society, we need to stand up for both individual liberty and a governmental structure that works, but is restrained.
Otherwise, those currently seizing control – economically, politically, technologically – will keep filling the void.  

LOWER COST OF LIVING

Real Money, Real Freedom

Most Americans are struggling to afford life’s basics, like housing, real food, and all the things that make up the “American Dream”. Many are feeling the pressure of rising costs and most Americans are losing ground.

While everyone recognizes this problem, we must address it correctly by tackling the root cause: our currency, which is created out of thin air and distorts the economy.

To have financial stability, we need to abolish the Federal Reserve and place oversight under the U.S. Treasury. We must return to a monetary system backed by something real like gold and silver. Additionally, we need to reform banking so that deposits are actually lent out, rather than multiplied through new money creation. When our currency problem is fixed, we will lay the foundation for a free and prosperous society for all.

Making Housing Boring Again

A single middle-class income once supported homeownership and sometimes even a vacation home. Today, however, even dual-income families struggle to get by.

Sound money would address much of this, but tax and zoning reform are also essential. I would seek to eliminate tax incentives that treat homes more like investments than shelters. Zoning should be limited to genuine infrastructure or pollution concerns. I also support a nationwide ban on property taxes (if you own property, it should truly be yours).

As a federal representative, I will advocate for reforms that protect private property. When we do, we will take a significant step toward a society where people enjoy greater housing security.

A College Degree Shouldn't Be A Life Sentence

Government guarantees on student loans are the main reason so many people are saddled with student debt. We must eliminate government-guaranteed student loans and allow borrowers to declare bankruptcy under existing law.

This will free individuals from lifelong debt, and clean up the economy so it works better for everyone.

Independence > Dependence

The economy has gotten worse over time, mainly because of crony capitalism and government-created distortions that have pushed many people to rely on government support.

While it’s understandable that people resist cuts to welfare, we cannot be a welfare state and a free society at the same time. If the government feeds you, they can also starve you.

To achieve a free society, we must reinvent our economy on a foundation of free-market principles, including private property, voluntary exchange, and a limited government that protects individual rights. This means we must reform and phase out all welfare programs, including Social Security (the godfather of all Ponzi schemes), government healthcare, and government-backed mortgages. These programs create dependency, increase costs, and suppress wealth creation. Life will be better off in a free-market capitalist economy.

Simplify The Tax Code

Since every person has inherent value, the government should not manipulate behavior through tax policy. Property tax & the income tax should be abolished (not so fun fact, the 16th Amendment had to be passed to allow for an income tax - let’s repeal it!). America should adopt simpler, consumption-based taxes and tariffs.

You Don't Need A License To Cut Hair

Licenses can be misused to create unnecessary barriers to entry in various professions, limiting opportunities and innovation. Licenses should only be required for professions where severe direct or third-party harm is possible, such as drivers, truckers, or surgeons.

States must carry the burden of proof for every licensing requirement they impose. Streamlining licensing requirements will create a more accessible job market that allows individuals to pursue their careers without unnecessary obstacles.

Make Healthcare Healthy

Healthcare costs have risen from 5% of household spending 60 years ago to nearly 10% today, yet we are unhealthier! We must eliminate administrative bloat and expose healthcare to real market forces like price transparency and competition

This will enhance both the quality and cost of healthcare. It’s unreasonable that people must stay in a job just to keep health insurance or that regulations control how healthcare providers practice. Also we must strip liability protection from vaccine manufacturers. These changes will significantly contribute to a healthier America!

MAKE AMERICA GREAT FOR ALL

Equal Justice For All

Many places, including Charlotte, are struggling because some believe the government should provide different types of justice for different people.

In September, a man released for at least the 14th time killed Iryna Zarutska, a tragedy that could have been avoided if Charlotte’s justice system upheld equal justice under the law. Unequal justice also allows for government overreach in the economy.

Honest Elections

Voting is our best way to influence our system, and since freedom is in the best interest of the people, it’s essential that voting is both accessible and secure.

Currently, there are not enough precautions in place to prevent voter fraud.

America’s federal election system must mandate voter ID and paper ballots at the federal level to ensure honest elections. Additionally, to improve accessibility, Election Day should be designated as a federal holiday. With these implementations, we will have greater confidence in our election system, protecting our most vital means of ensuring a free society.

As a federal representative, I will advocate for reforms that protect private property. When we do, we will take a significant step toward a society where people enjoy greater housing security.

You Deserve To Vote For Someone You Like

Too many voters feel stuck with limited choices on Election Day. A better approach is a majority-runoff system (used in many countries) where all candidates compete, a majority vote wins, or the top two move to a runoff

I support this for federal elections, while keeping the Electoral College for President. The result will be leaders who better represent the people.

Cut Back AIPAC's Influence

Our elections should be decided by Americans, not influenced by foreign-aligned interests. Yet in 2024, groups aligned with Israel, including AIPAC, spent over $100 million, far exceeding comparable groups aligned with other countries

AIPAC and other domestic groups advocating for foreign-aligned policies must register as foreign agents, which would bar their participation in elections and ensure greater transparency around their contributions. By implementing these changes, we can have greater confidence that our elected officials are serving us.

Your Phone Shouldn't Spy On You

You didn’t buy your phone to be tracked, but that’s exactly what’s happening, and it’s wrong. Unchecked digital surveillance undermines the 4th Amendment, which protects Americans from unreasonable searches, whether conducted by the government or private companies.

Users should have the ability to opt out of sharing their personal information to access digital services. Free speech is also at stake. While the 1st Amendment protects Americans from government censorship, much of our public discourse now takes place on digital platforms. I support legislation that requires transparency in algorithms, including the ability for users to view content chronologically, as well as criminalize collusion between government and private companies that share information with the government without a warrant. These reforms would protect our rights in the digital age.

Defend America First

Our government does not always act with America’s best interests in mind. We deserve greater transparency from our government, including the declassification of relevant government documents.

& America must prioritize its interests by supporting countries that share our values and standing firm against those that do not. Congress should authorize military action, except in urgent situations requiring immediate executive response. By adhering to these principles, we can strengthen our country.

Economic Security

While trade typically makes us wealthier, unfettered trade can create dangerous dependence on other countries and jeopardize national security. Therefore, America should prioritize a baseline of self-sufficiency, trade surplus goods, and exercise caution when dealing with essential goods and services

To achieve this, we need to bring back domestic production to ensure our freedom and prosperity. I believe that returning to sound money and embracing a free-market capitalist economy will address these issues.

By implementing these measures, we can strengthen our national security, promote economic independence, and create a more resilient economy that supports American workers and industries.

Come Here, Become An American

Our current immigration system fails to promote assimilation, which is essential for the longevity of our nation. We must limit work visas and effectively address illegal immigration

While immigrants are welcome to celebrate their heritage, living in America means embracing our values and identity. Delaying action allows an unassimilated population to continue to grow, risking permanent changes to our nation without our consent.

We need a structured, enforceable approach to illegal immigration that focuses on removing violent offenders and those exploiting government programs, while establishing clear expectations for assimilation for those who remain. By taking these actions, we can foster greater pride in being American and ensure our nation remains true to its core, founding values rooted in two truths: that all people have inherent value & that all people are flawed.

The Second Amendment Is Your Permit.

Many people know that the 2nd Amendment is for self-defense or hunting but it also gives the right to overthrow the government. Therefore, allowing gun ownership to the vast majority of people is essential

States should not create burdensome legal hurdles just to carry a firearm. Ensuring the right to bear arms will empower citizens to defend themselves and uphold their freedoms against tyranny.

Give Children A Chance

When it comes to minors, we should exercise extreme caution with irreversible medical decisions. Procedures related to gender transition should not be available to individuals under 18, and public funds or government-backed insurance must not be used to support them.

& the unborn too! Every human life has value and deserves protection. Since life begins at conception, the right to life is a fundamental right that should be protected under the law in every state. Our laws should reflect that principle and ensure equal protection for the unborn.

We also need to take seriously the harms of pornography, its highly addictive and destructive, damaging individuals and the social fabric of society. We must establish guardrails against the production and distribution of pornography, targeting penalties at producers of hardcore content. Any approach must avoid creating a dystopian internet or overreaching censorship, ensuring that we safeguard both the general welfare and individual freedoms.
